This Light Sampling Agreement (“Agreement”) outlines the terms under which Esttech Inc., located at 1304 NE 154th Street, Vancouver, WA 98685 (“Company”), provides a minimum of twelve (12) Under Canopy LED grow lights (“Sample Lights”) to the participating customer (“Customer”) for a 90-day evaluation period.
By submitting this form and providing the required signature and credit card authorization, Customer acknowledges and agrees to the following terms:
1. Purpose
The Customer will receive a minimum of twelve (12) UC LED lights for a 90-day trial evaluation.
The total quantity and total value of Sample Lights will be specified in a separate invoice, which the Customer will review and sign before shipment.
