UNDER CANOPY LIGHT SAMPLING AGREEMENT

Minimum Quantity: Twelve (12) EST-LED-120i-Pro

This Light Sampling Agreement (“Agreement”) outlines the terms under which Esttech Inc., located at 1304 NE 154th Street, Vancouver, WA 98685 (“Company”), provides a minimum of twelve (12) Under Canopy LED grow lights (“Sample Lights”) to the participating customer (“Customer”) for a 90-day evaluation period.

By submitting this form and providing the required signature and credit card authorization, Customer acknowledges and agrees to the following terms:

1. Purpose

The Customer will receive a minimum of twelve (12) UC LED lights for a 90-day trial evaluation.

The total quantity and total value of Sample Lights will be specified in a separate invoice, which the Customer will review and sign before shipment.

By checking this box, I confirm that I have read, understand, and agree to the terms of the Esttech Under Canopy Light Sampling Agreement, and I authorize Esttech to charge my credit card according to the invoice amount and the terms described above.
